Water bond

Water is one of the most powerful bonds so we want to use that as our advantage to our sailing.
Upwind you want to have your entire boat bonded with the water so it creates lift and flow over your foils (daggerboard and rudder). To do this you will need to keep your boat perfectly flat.
On the reaches and downwind you want the water to not bond onto your boat. In order to do this you must use waves for extra speed and to use your mainsheet by pumping it. Pumping- When a wave comes behind your and starts lifting you up you pull in your sail semi slowly. Then suddenly you just drop your hand down to pop your leach open creating speed into the wave. You will also need to work your body weight at all times.
